Change planes at Hong Kong airport, Riley’s fav meal

It was over 9 hours to get to Hong Kong airport from Sydney. Quite amazingly, I had the whole row of seats to myself. I stretched out, laid down, had my legs up while leaning against the wall of the plane. I managed to get some sleep. The plane was about 2/3 full.

Dinner and breakfast were served, a pork stir fry and congee, not as good as Nanny’s cooking.

Hong Kong airport is massive, took a while to go through security and passport check, then Penny and Bally suggested I get a proper breakfast. They even went for a little ride on a trolley.

I got Riley’s fav mean: hainan chicken rice. Penny thought it looked pretty tasty and healthy.

We got a little lost trying to find our gate for the next flight to Phu Quoc. You had to go to gate 520 to catch a shuttle to gate 207! The shuttle bus got us past a number of planes, everything looking pretty sleepy at 5am in the morning local time. Bally enjoyed the view very much.

We have 1.5 hour wait for the next flight at 7:55am. Hoping the munchies and mister had a good night and enjoying a lovely Monday morning.
